We aim to make the Website and its associated services available to as many of you as possible. However, we do require that you are at least 18 years of age, able to lawfully: (i) make payment through one of our accepted tender types; (ii) agree to these Terms; and (ii) enter into binding Orders with us. deliveries are only in UAE or worldwide. Please refer to the Delivery section below. The Website is for your personal or gift use only and commercial usage is not permitted. We reserve the right to decline Orders where we suspect commercial usage.
When you place an Order with us, then subject to your rights to cancel or return the items, you commit to buy the items described in that Order, at the price indicated including any delivery fees, taxes, and duties where applicable.
Orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may withhold in our sole discretion including for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, and stock availability. Items in your Website basket are not reserved until your Order is paid for.
The Website may contain or provide information regarding the availability of merchandise. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that an item will be available immediately upon order placement. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an item stated to be available will actually be available right away, as inventory can change significantly throughout the day. In rare cases, a product may be available when you place an Order but sold out by the time we process the order. Should this happen, we will notify you.
Receipt of your Order will be acknowledged by email. However, the order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us confirming dispatch of the relevant item(s). No party other than us has the authority to confirm acceptance of the Order.
We currently accept the following tender types for orders placed on our Website: Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED & USD will be accepted for payment.
Cash on delivery is permitted for Orders of up to AED 5000.00 . Cash on delivery is currently the only payment option available for orders placed within UAE. An additional handling fee of AED 35 is payable for all cash payments to cover the cost to us of providing this service. This will be payable on delivery of your order and will be added to your order total. Payment will be taken at the time you place your order. By entering payment details onto our Website, you warrant that you are duly authorized to pay using those details. We reserve the right to decline orders without liability to you where we believe payments are not authorized, the payment method is not valid or where we do not think you are authorized to use to utilize the relevant tender type. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchants policies and rules. Please be aware that users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

Prices on the Website are displayed in AED, and exclude any services you may elect to pair the purchase with, delivery costs, taxes or duties to which the purchase may be subject. Any such additional costs will be displayed before your final check out.
Where you purchase using a payment card denominated in a different currency to AED, the payment will be subject to the currency exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time your payment is completed.
The destination you ask us to deliver to, the items & services you select and the method of delivery you choose will dictate what delivery charges, taxes, and duties apply (if any). Please refer to our Delivery section for further details on delivery options.
Although we make every effort to ensure prices displayed on our Website and in our communications are correct, errors may occur. If an error occurs and your Order:
- Has already been processed, then we may at our discretion:
Cancel the Order (or part thereof), arrange for collection of the mis-priced item(s) from your original order delivery address in the UAE and issue you a full refund including original order delivery fees, taxes and duties (if applicable);
- Where the price you paid is lower than the actual price of the item, honor the price in your Order; or
- Where the price you paid is higher than the actual price of the item, refund you the difference;
- Has not yet been processed, then we will notify you as soon as possible and only process the order (or part thereof) once you have confirmed you are happy to buy at the correct price or otherwise cancel the order (or part thereof) and refund your payment in full.
Promotional Codes and discount schemes
Promotional codes are valid only in accordance with their terms until the date stated, can be used only once, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, sale or promotion. They are personal to you and cannot be transferred to third parties. Inner circle discounts are currently not available for orders placed through the Website.
All our products are sourced directly from the brands and we guarantee every item to be 100% authentic.
Availability of Products
We will always try to fulfill orders, but our only responsibility to you was a product is no longer available, or if we are unable to supply a particular product for whatever reason, is to make sure we do not charge you for the product.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
With our prior written permission, it may be possible for you to hold an order for later purchase. If we give that permission we will do our best to prevent that item being sold to another customer but we cannot guarantee it. In all cases, holding orders will be subject to a limited amount of time.
We do not accept advance payment for out of stock items but you may choose to use a feature of the Site (if it is available for the product in question) to register your email address with us for notification of arrival of the selected merchandise not held in stock.
If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product shown on our Site, we will attempt to notify you by email within 24 hours of the product becoming available on the Site. On occasion, certain products that are in particularly high demand may sell out during this period. The notification to you of the returning stock does not imply that the product is being held for you.
We will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year subject to any unforeseen event. You may view your purchases in your account up to, and usually beyond, this time. If you do not wish us to store a record of your purchases in your account please Contact us to discuss.
Delivery and Collection
Your order will be delivered by Kids Any Clothe . You will be the importer for all international deliveries of products. Therefore, before placing an order for a product, please check that your import of any products complies with any applicable import regulations and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your products.
Kids Any Clothes ( mother company) ensures products during the time they are in transit until they are delivered to your specified delivery address. Kids Any Clothes (or their delivery agent) requires a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased products passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Kids Any and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Delivery dates are estimated from the point of dispatch and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
You have the right to cancel your order, provided you give us written notice within 21 days after you receive a product.
If you cancel your order you must return the product to us, including all branded packaging. You have a duty to take good care of the products while they are in your possession.
You can still try the product on or inspect it to see if it is right for you, but we ask that you treat our products with the same care as you would in our store. Please try to keep the tags on, do not remove hygiene seals or stickers and retain the original packaging (including authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags) as neatly as you can.
You will be responsible for the cost of sending the product back to us if you change your mind. If we do not receive the product back we may arrange for collection of the product from you at your cost.
To let us know you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com. Please keep a copy of your cancellation email. Once you have emailed us, please follow the instructions in Delivery and Returns on how to return the product to us.
We will issue you with a refund within 30 days of cancellation or receipt of the return item:
- If your order is canceled before shipment, we will issue you with a full refund including any delivery charge.
- If your order is returned by you after dispatch, we will issue you with a full refund of the product cost. You will normally be responsible for all import charges, delivery and return postal charges unless the product was found to be faulty or we made a mistake.
We issue refunds via the payment method you used to place the order. If you would like to exchange your product(s) rather than be issued with a refund, please see our Returns FAQ.
Our Responsibility to You
We have taken every care in the preparation of the material on our Site. However, the material displayed on our Site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy or suitability for any particular purpose.
If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site to carry out routine or emergency work. We will not be responsible if for any reason our site is unavailable.
If we are in breach of these T&Cs, we will only be responsible for any losses that you suffer as a result to the extent that they are a foreseeable consequence to both of us at the time you order the relevant product or the time you otherwise use the Site.
These limitations and exclusions do not affect your statutory rights and only apply to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these T&Cs shall limit our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.
You’re Use of The Site
"Kids Any Clothes" is a registered trademark.
You are licensed to use the material on the Site on a very limited basis: just to use the site as intended and in accordance with these T&Cs for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use any part of our site.
You may not create a link to this site from another website or document without our prior written consent.
Some areas of the Sites allow you to enter content. Please ensure that your content ("Content") does not include any content which breaches intellectual property rights or confidentiality, or which is illegal (for example, offensive content).
We reserve the right to refuse to post content on the Site or to remove Content already posted on the Site.
You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to our Site.
We may revise and amend these T&Cs from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us or otherwise use the Site.
These T&Cs are subject exclusively to UAE law. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. Any court proceedings must take place in United Arab Emirates
“United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
Delivery & return:
We are happy to refund or exchange any item (including sale items) within 21 days from the date of arrival if for any reason you change your mind (subject to our terms and conditions).
How to Return?
- Use the returns address label included in your order.
- Package your items carefully, with each item in its original perfect condition and all labels attached (including hangers).
- Shoes must be in their original, undamaged box as it is considered part of the item. Please do not use the shoe box as protective packaging.
What happens next?
- Within 3 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your card has been refunded (or exchanged).
- The details of this will also be posted to your account.
- Please note it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.
- For orders paid with Bank Transfer, we are only able to offer a product exchange or refund in store credit.
Arrange a Return
For more convenient service, we can arrange a return for you. A fee of AED50.00 (for up to 2 kilos) will be deducted from your order total for this service.
